Shaved Fennel: Arugula, pecorino, pickled onion, toasted sunflower, blood orange vinaigrette GF V
Charred Broccolini: Anchovy aioli, citrus vinaigrette, pangrattato

Chicken Roulade: Farro, onion cream, picked pearl onion, herbs
Pork Loin: Parsnip polenta, miso, pickled mustard seed, arugula GF
Mushroom Risotto: Wild mushrooms, parmigiano, reggiano, truffle oil G V

Black Pepper Gelato: Blueberry preserve, cornbread shortcake, honey V
Olive Oil Cake: White chocolate granache, lemon curd, orange V
Almond Financier: Fuji apple. matcha, meringue V

Come celebrate love with a culinary experience here at Inland Pacific Kitchen. We are offering a 3 course menu with options. To accommodate your busy schedule, we are extending the dates our valentines menu will be offered; this menu will be available from Feb. 14-15th at $95 a person with an optional $35 wine pairing and cocktails à la cart. Please note in your reservations if you have any dietary restrictions.
